
The team wanted to learn more, but a lot of us felt under trained and very unsure about the information that was given; everyone seemed to be on their own page and would process differently; felt very unstable
Team leads were very positive, but did not have enough time to dedicate to training or to stay focused on the task at hand. I felt they were for me, and positive, but when it came to the actual work processes, they felt a bit unsure themselves.
They tried to be available, but it seemed that their work load did not enable them to give us the undivided attention that was needed for ongoing growth; often felt alone and had to figure out alot on my own to find out that it was incorrect. It felt very overwhelming and way too much stress.
