For me, I have had both good and bad run ins with leadership. Being fairly new I have to say that the jury is still out on this one. I have seen things handled well and then I have seen things that were not handled well at all.

Pay attention to their own motto and supposed principles. End impenitence. End having anal procedures and policies be more important than real situations and real people. Get competent computer systems.

Their PTO offered is ranked up their with the best of them. I would have liked to have seen a little bit of a better match on the 401K however, they do offer HSA with the HDHP and they do contribute handsomely on that so in hindsight it kind of makes up slightly.

You are given almost 20 days of PTO on your start date. Medical, dental, vision start immediately as well. There are also many other benefits available like employee assistance programs, tuition assistance, 401k with employee match. etc.

I had read where no one has time to help their neighbor and I have to disagree. There hasn't been one time where I had reached out and didn't have someone their for me and my members on the phone.

Sedgwick needs to keep the employees that are good at the job and quit replacing them with new people that know nothing. They can't keep people.

The Lead that I interviewed with was incredible. She single handedly made my decision to join Sedgwick easy. I had other offers with higher pay but there was something that I felt from our interview that made me choose this company.
