Team lead is understanding about the unrealistic requirements.

Thought leadership is present at VP level

Allow us to work autonomously

they are always ready to listen

caring, motivating, insightful and great group of people

They listen and try to make work better.and more productive.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Transparency and open to new ideas, very collaborative

Understanding, backs her team, and always willing to jump in and help.

My direct boss is good.

Seem to care. Customers and employees

Very caring and compassionate. Very professional and knowledgable.

Leaders are extremely helpful in

They tried to be available, but it seemed that their work load did not enable them to give us the undivided attention that was needed for ongoing growth; often felt alone and had to figure out alot on my own to find out that it was incorrect. It felt very overwhelming and way too much stress.

Trust through delegation where needed

Review from IT Dept

They respond to emails timely

They are very involved in all aspects of the company

Review from Operations Dept

Open to new ideas.,listen to our concerns

Willing to assist and answer questions

Review from Admin Dept

They promote my overall wellbeing that in turn feeds and supports my professional growth.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

I have no idea on this

Leadership needs to treat people with dignity and respect.

they all need to understand that we are people

Hold managers accountable and honest

Review from Admin Dept

Viewing it's workers as people and caring about their wellbeing.

There is no need for middle management. Instead pay your employees what they deserve and you might find that you can actually recruit employees. Hard to find new hires when current employees would never refer anyone due to the company's culture.

listening to their teams & not expecting miracles. not working the teams to the bone with a skeleton crew.

realistic daily goals and the workload

Review from Admin Dept

Communication and leadership are two of their worst weaknesses.

Hiring employees who know what they are doing.

Better training, stop focusing on how long we're doing notes.

Supporting employees; setting aside personal feelings

Stop micro managing so annoying

Treating employees like people and REALLY caring about work/life balance.

Pay attention to their own motto and supposed principles. End impenitence. End having anal procedures and policies be more important than real situations and real people. Get competent computer systems.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Need to know how to communicate to their employees not talk down on them and intimidate them

Staffing. The workload is horrible

Acknowldge and promote individuals within

Take better care of their emoyees who are overworked and overwhelmed with work

Pay for performance and client satisfaction
