How do you feel about going to work at Sedgwick everyday?
I loved it in the beginning until I was given tips that my head supervisor didn't care for me and wanted me gone. Even though I was above exceeding in the work I performed.
How's the feedback proccess at Sedgwick?
There is no feedback option alot of the times. We had a suggestion box but it was a joke and barely addressed.
What kind of people succeed at Sedgwick?
Those that do whatever is needed to be done, even if it means stepping over people and being dishonest.
How secure do you feel at your job at Sedgwick?
I felt secure until the end. If a certain person wants you gone, and they are in the position to do so, they will go to no lengths to make things difficult during your work experience. Even had personal things said about me in front of co-workers and clients. Very unprofessional
What unique perks and benefits does Sedgwick provide?
Insurance and the ACE group being able to go to games at discounted prices. Also being able to attend concerts for kids at discounted prices.
What's the office layout like at Sedgwick?
Open office
How much diversity is there among employees at Sedgwick?
There was alot of diversity when I first started working there. Now there is none. There seems to be more importance on making our Hispanic population happy, rather than others. Shows in the staff that is working in front office positions.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Sedgwick?
How fellow supervors believe everything the other says unless caught red handed in a lie. Doesn't matter if employee has proof, if the supervisor is not seen by others doing wrong, it will not be corrected.
How's the morale at Sedgwick?
It was horrible. The employees did not have great communication with the supervisors. Head supervisor felt office staff was below her and dieticians and nurses. Loved coworkers and clients but supervisor sometimes made work unbearable.
