I have advanced and grown in the company which is positive. The drawbacks are leadership stability, a clear path forward and is the company really going to succeed. There are a lot things happening that are sitecore getting in its own way. People, team, work balance are all great

Its a true team environment in my department. I think the willingness to work together and help each other out is great

To see my team/department/employees succeed. I like to see then become confident and bloom and expand on the team. Nothing technology wise compares to that for me.

Work life balance and flexibility. I dont worry about taking a child do the doctor or having a contractor at the house during the workday. With young children flexibility is key to me and I very much enjoy that here

There seems to be a plan they want to execute. High turnover concerns me at the leadership level. I am also not entirely clear that the company goal is clear beyond "beat adobe". I think the clear path this company is going to achieve that should be clearer

I think my salary is competitive. I wish they would do away with bonuses and just pay employees a higher salary. As a manager all the bonus reviews do is create drama and problems. If I dont think an employee is performing I'd get rid of them, so to award my guys less than 100% stinks
