We all agree that this job is a dead end due to the dishonesty and unwillingness of management to work with, train, or give raises to their dwindling staff while being expected to pick uo the extra slack.

Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?

I get paid 13/hr with continuously increasing job responsibilities, random schedule changes with no communication, being lied to about wages as well as job placement when i was moved out of an affiliate company(port 17) to assist with a short staffing issue then permanently stuck there.
