What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The managers at sns located on 98 n Lakeland fl need to be professional instead of talking about thier employees to other employees. (Lynn forcier and bobbi) the employees are sick of the abuse at this location and request that something is done about this situation before a lawsuit happens.

All the employees at 98 n Lakeland fl would like to get paid more because management makes us do things there thats not part of our job

What are some of the best things about your team?
Some workers are better than others. I can't stand people who are always late or always calling in. If I was in management, this would be the first thing that is addressed. It creates so much chaos and disorder when someone calls in. It also shows that they don't care about their coworkers.

My co-workers need to improve their attitudes. I feel like if we were all happy and getting along we would work together better.

I like the fact that when you work in fast food, you get to make someone happy everyday. You also get to meet new people and it's a stepping stone to more work opportunities.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The computer system is dated and slow. The computers need to be faster and I think the entire layout of everything should be less complicated and simpler. I also hate that the cashier has little control over the register functions. It's pretty much the managers job to make every little edit or void.
