Long hours of excessive work for little pay and unhelpful coworkers leaving me to pick up slack.

They actually work and do their job

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring about their employees. If i call in because I'm sick i get told "why didn't you tell me sooner?" And "when can you make up these hours since I have to work now?" By the GM/FP that only works 2 shifts a week.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No one ever gets paid enough to let people scream at them, curse at them, or get spit at. I don't get any PTO, a 401k, sick days, stock, nothing.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Hire people who will actually stock their stations once or twice. The amount of days I would go in, see day shift didn't make any sales, and then also left everything a mess and unstocked for the night shift where we'd make 3 times their profits in an hour and then have to do all the work.

Mainly the sensitive employees. Becomes an issue when trying to improve the way things are done.
