
A flat hierarchy would be a first step.
Managers, leadership couldn't be much worse.
They need to promote good employees instead of bullying them out.
They should be less obedient when changes made by managers are based on poor reasoning, no logic and irrational emotions.
A payrise within almost 4 years, 2 languages and a promotion is expected but I got a disciplinary action for pointing it out with a meme after I was left with no response.
