The Leadership team is disconnected from what's happening at the lower levels. Leading by example and living their purpose statement is lacking. The executive team in Tampa continues to throw things at the wall rather than see what the root cause of the issues are and truly do something about it.
SYKES is below the market when it comes to paying at all levels in the organization. Several years they held back on merit increases all to continue buying companies that haven't led to the growth they were anticipating. 2020 was a great year for SYKES but decided to postpone merit increases.
