Manager was Informal and friendly, Seemed approachable.
Interacting with and helping customers.
Training and support of ALL employees, not just favorites.
Friendly. Most want to learn just arent given the proper training.
DM should be more pro-active in making sure the Manager is living up to her obligations.
Employees are given so many tasks to do that they are not able to give good customer service. Need to have more employees scheduled so both tasks and good customer service can be achieved.
Manager needs to better train employees instead of just printing out job requirements and making employees learn either by themselves or from each other. Most of whom dont know how to do their own job. She needs to, act more professionally, keep personal feelings at home and show less favoritism.
