I can confidently say that our leadership team has an indomitable spirit. The pandemic this year really brought out that characteristic as I could see all levels of management constantly strive to offer the best opportunity possible while adapting to a completely unprecedented environment.

Definitely the platform to impact young, hungry minds. I'm 18, so the chance to work with others my age is already incredible -- and coupled with the opportunity to teach others my age how to succeed in an ever-changing, always-demanding environment lets me truly help others.
