How employees describe working at West Elm
West Elm is the worst quality I've ever encountered in my life. I so wish I had seen Trustpilot before I bought anything from them. I ordered throw pillow covers and they were both defective when they arrived. I asked for a return and ordered them again. When they arrived they were again defective.
Lack of senior leadership presence and involvement. Senior leadership is afraid to commit or own outcomes, using directors amd middle management ass fallguys. Concerns are heavily geared towards protecting their position with no concern for quality of life of emoloyees and adhearance to policy.
