  • There really isn't any. Scheduling has been a problem for years. They do not keep enough people to adequately staff the facility. Many good people get used up trying to help out which leads to high turnover.

  • Good. They are flexible and supportive

  • Honest workers

  • Those that don't complain and just concentrate on the job. But even then, it's personal satisfaction for yourself. You might get some pats on the back and few small raises but to be blunt, few do which is why we have such a high turnover among the hourly staff.

  • Mine is interacting with the members, particularly with the children. I have literally seen babies in there moms belly grow up and to get there first card. You get to see a lot of firsts as well as i.e. first swim class to their first place in a race. It is very rewarding and the members appreciate the interest.

  • Varies. Depends on the time of the day /night and also the time of the year. One minute, your watching the paint dry. The next, your're 3 deep at the counter and a line out the door trying to come in.

  • a bit inconsistent

  • I hate to say this but I feel it is poor. Information that you get back isn't always correct. It truly depends on who the person giving you the feedback as to whether they like you or not. I was given feedback during a annual review that I found out later to be false.

  • When minimum wage goes up....and as for myself, I got one raise of either .08 or .13 on the hour. Minimum wage went up at the same time. I've worked there for 9 years. In one department, you can take tests to show proficiency and get something but I don't know of any others.
