Filling quotas is a horrible thing. It's annoying to the customers and causes dissension among the employees.
Customers see us as happy, pretty tools who fold underwear on a table a million hours a day. I guess it looks like we're happy.
Managers need to be kinder to employees and set realistic quotas if necessary. We're going as fast as we can to ring up people, help them on the floor and straighten out the clothing. It's a lot of work for little pay.
