they have a lot of positive values on the website, if the compony followed them then it would be a great working environment!

The team in my store is very helpful, patient, and celebrates the achievements of everyone. Everyone is very kind and hardworker.
Interacting with each customer. Being able to see how much confidence you help bring them by helping them find their correct measurements and correct bra.
Seeing the pretty clothes. Watching women spend there last dime on them.

Start over clean with a new leadership team with values
Clear development pathways and clear communications and just overall treating others with respect daily and truly valuing the individual contributors
