My store manager is wonderful
It was quick. I transferred so it wasnt a typical interview. I was already qualified to work there and didnt need to go over everything like I did in an original interview.
They made it fun and asked you to sell to them. The interviewers are the same people that work there taking phone calls. HR barely did anything themselves. They talked a big talk but they never resolved anything, except firing people quickly.

Making other female workers there feel more special and that the girl works deserve more credit since we dont get enough of it

It was easy overall and the store manager was gracious
The former manager was very clear with the expectations, salary, and schedule.

Very friendly and great questions.
I liked my panel interview
The selling role play, team building task and quick fire round questions.
Review from Sales Dept
I liked how when I was interviewed, I was giving the time to answer each question, I also felt free to say everything about my past employers.
Review from Sales Dept
That I am not doing it alone

It had you sell first

Comfortable, more conversational than one sided questions.

It was pretty easy for me to get a job there. It's all about appearance.

Asking personal questions, straight forward
Review from Sales Dept
I like interaction and how nice people were
Review from Sales Dept
"Training" employees and stop basically calling them stupid
Ask job related questions and experience not personal questions about body image and my current weight
Never ever let the regional manager do it. You'll leave not wanting the job.
Review from Sales Dept
Telling people the truth about what theyre really going to be doing.
Once again just being more friendly and less of an authority type.
First off you don't usually have interviews with other people right there in the room
Review from Customer Support Dept
Maybe background check, in a few months being there my coworkers were stealing and nobody ever did anythinv
Stop making it a group interview, take time to connect and make sure they care. Ask more questions as to why they want to be part of the team.
making sure the new associate has the skills and is able to pick ip quickly

Doing a questionnaire while doing a group interview, or letting everyone speak
