What are some of the best things about your team?
They are friendly and very helpful. We helped each other in our team to learn every new process which our team leaders don't do. We manage to survive with little help from them.

I love my coworkers! They are the best and the only reason I loved to work there. However, so many of us expressed how we were unable to meet expectations and worried we can't eat. Let alone afford internet to keep working. We begged for more hours. Replied, "we will get back to you on that."

The best thing about my team is that most of us see the corrupt leadership. What I mean by leadership is those running the show VP or above. You've got leads and supervisors talking openly about the corrupt policies they have to uphold and don't agree with. When leaders agree, you know it's true.

Would improve if leadership can agree and get along with each other and set an example
I just wish that I could have a work environment where we bring each other up and help each other out rather than making fun of one another, spreading lies about each other, being rude to and infront of customers, stop juding other workers over their weight & not cutting hours for someone who works

Respect there is no respect among the team.
Asking if one another needs more than a 15 minute brake. Speaking up when they feel the management is failing. Treating everybody like humans and not the next best Karen.

Understand everyone gets payed to work, not gossip. Keep your personal life out of work, your coworkers are not therapist. If you need time, speak to HR. Want to be there, support your team no matter what. Love your job, what you do if not move on. Stop complaining. Be positive. Be a leader.
