I love my store manager and assistant store manager they are fabulous they teach lead and help out completely.

They are very helpful and patient with the new associates. They engage the team all the times and celebrate the achievements of the associates. They take care of the associates and customers. I think they are the best leadership team.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication, treat associates w/ dignity & respect. Work on personal emotions so that it does not effect co workers and task at hand. Organization. KINDNESS.

Respecting their employee's time and wellbeing

They need to actually listen to the reports that associates try to give them. They need to not pick sides. A couple of the managers need to not bully any more. And I have a manager who cut my hours out of spite because she said im too big? They need to not bully & they need to give hours to people

They need to learn how to handle their people, specially the new team leaders. They think that they are above all and not very helpful when it comes to the agent's concern.

Product knowledge. Sales knowledge. Overall effort and care for the customer and store.

Sort out payslips and payment plans in a better way. Manager leaving to go home at 3pm on weekends and stop having other managers come into the store and give out misinformation

Telling the truth about things that have been going on

There are policies and disciplinary actions that do not apply to those who are favored, I've been disciplined with PIP's in areas that the leaders themselves do making it hypocritical, I have been lied to by the HR team that discriminating polies are not in order to protect immoral company policies.

Placing employees in the areas where they applied online and where their interest and strengths lie.Stop shit talking the employees

Trying to incentivize current employees

Everything. Communication especially accountability. They do not have the training

Abide by COVID protochols when an employee has possible symptoms

They pretend you know nothing. They treat you like theyre better than you. They DO NOT train you. So in my opinion, this company overall is not what youre looking for.

Being more inclusive and friendly.

How the manager treats her employees

There is no leadership. That's the issue.

Talking to people better and actually communicating and teaching the skills if what to do

Communication attitude needs to improve theyre times when they dont know hpw many hours we are working.
