Talking to my associates and the customers

Going to work. I am transgender and able to be myself.

My customers, everyone is unique. There is no hard to deal with customer for me. I am always happy to help. I feel honored and thank them for trusting me to help. I am my company and a reflection of what it really is.

The store visuals, team, customers, products, the music playlists, the offers to share with customers, staff benefits, helping make customers feel confident.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The marketing and poor quality of the products sold must be improved

If you're in leadership the company policies no longer apply because they are the messengers and enforcers of the policies that VP's and up establish. The new culture they take on causes leads to be immoral thus breaking code of conduct but nothing is ever done because it's the new culture.

LITERALLY EVERYTHING! the way they do business and treat their staff is so horrible, I genuinely can't fathom it.

Review from Sales Dept

Managers need to be kinder to employees and set realistic quotas if necessary. We're going as fast as we can to ring up people, help them on the floor and straighten out the clothing. It's a lot of work for little pay.

Review from Sales Dept
