Treated teeribly at Candlewood Suites Baton Rouge on Friday 10/13. Made my reservation nearly a year in advance. Arrived after 5 hr drive to be told my " reservation was canceled because of a declined card" - 4 other couples in lobby were told the same thing ! Standing in lobby - no place to stay
