Mr. Cushing served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Operations for United States and Canada of Worldwide Parts And Accessories Corporation. He served as Vice President Sales for East Coast of Worldwide Parts & Accessories Corp. Mr. Cushing earned a bachelor's and Finance MBA from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York.

Prior to that, Mr. Bauhofer served as Senior Vice President of Direct Sales, Warranty Services for West Marine, where he was responsible for the Direct Sales business unit, web, call center, catalog and online marketing. Prior to West Marine, he served as Senior Vice President of The Box and Beyond of Gateway, Inc. until April 2006. He served as Senior Vice President, Direct of Gateway since May 2004 and oversaw all Web and consumer phone sales activities. Mr. Bauhofer joined Gateway from Best Buy, where he served as Senior Vice President of online stores. Since 1996, Mr. Bauhofer has worked in variety of roles at Best Buy and also as General Manager of their Online Stores, BestBuy.com. Mr. Bauhofer spent more than 20 years in consumer electronics and PC retailing with The Good Guys, MobilWorks and Home Express. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from San Francisco State University.
