Small, coordinated, remote, and helpful
Time off from work and health insurance are far above other jobs I've looked at.
Most positive is that most managers are very flexible on your work schedules and how you get your hours done
Not too technical, they care more about seeing if you've got potential and would be a good fit for the team
Promotions are almost unheard of in your current group. You're expected to apply to your own groups' open position at a higher level or change to a different team/organization in order to get raises/promotions. Retention is horrible as well.
