Everything. A good start would be making sure that their employees felt like they mattered. Oh and higher ups should understand what ACCOUNTABILITY means and understand how they have none. Because the higher ups talk down at you. I would be shocked if they weren't purposely trying to make their employees feel like they were nothing more than "Disposable Employees". You really have to try and try hard to make someone feel like they did me. And I felt like this since my first day hired!
