What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pay your employees correctly. Stop hiring people who steal information.
The company is in a desperate difuation and all the decisions seem fery desperate. You have lsyers trying yo justify their jobs, creating havoc on those closest to the field. Remove the layers not needed and let people do their jobs . There are too nany chefs in yhe kitchen.
Having people who actually care about their employees and higher ups atop forcjng us to lie to customers
