The customer care of this organization has failed to meet my minimum expectations
Customer service is totally in compadent
Transparency & Honesty. I called to inquire about tmobile service. Was told I had 14 days if I changed my mind. Well I decided within a week that I wanted to wait before changing my service. Called they said they would issue my refund, they never did. When I called again they told me it was to late.
Things were going great until my mansger started ignoring my texts and calls and now wont give me a schedule and tell me whats going on as far as my employment. And ive worked a full month and only gotten paid twice. First pay was $404 and 2nd pay was $216.
I wanted to become a customer and after dealing with dishonesty behind the order that was placed, I decided to cancel and ask for a refund but was told no. Now I am out of the money I paid as well as no service.
