Salary is good, but the culture and environment cannot compensate.

Dont work here if youre medically declined a lot

I feel undervalued because the manager at my location is not paying me for my training, and instead of paying me is taking my entire training check because of a mistake I made while he was right beside me and we also double checked all the transactions at the end of the night and nothing was wrong.

Im being paid cash without my consent and less then minimum wage

Pay for talent. Grossly underpaid considering benefits are so costly.

It is not worth working for BOOST by VIP WIRELESS they are thieves. Force us to lie to customers. Make them get accessories eventhough they dont want any

Everything. A good start would be making sure that their employees felt like they mattered. Oh and higher ups should understand what ACCOUNTABILITY means and understand how they have none. The company is in a desperate difuation and all the decisions seem fery desperate. You have lsyers trying yo justify their jobs, creating havoc on those closest to the field. Remove the layers not needed and let people do their jobs . There are too nany chefs in yhe kitchen.
