The culture is horrific. Way too many priorities, wbich means nothing is a oriority. Field reps are treated like cockroaches and blamed for the lack of sales growth. They are not putting enough resources into the true problem- systems and lack of resolutions to customer issues.

Pay for talent. Grossly underpaid considering benefits are so costly.

We lean on each other with all the dysfunction and multiple directions they have us going.

If youre on an established team, we use our experience to solve problems where the company cannit.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company is in a desperate difuation and all the decisions seem fery desperate. You have lsyers trying yo justify their jobs, creating havoc on those closest to the field. Remove the layers not needed and let people do their jobs . There are too nany chefs in yhe kitchen.
