What makes you most happy at work?

The fact that I work by myself so I'm the janitor, associate, assistant manager, manager, Vice President and CEO!!

What did you like most about the interview process?

The best part was I was hired and got a start date before I even left that store at boost.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are resilient and they don't let the potentially depressing negative environment dictate their entire life even when off the clock!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Accountability. Making others around them regardless of their position feel like they not only matter but also are heard. I mean come on y'all. I know boost is a franchise so I am only directing this to KGP WIRELESS. #NOACCOUNTABILITY #BETTERLEADERSHIPSKILLSINKINDERGARDEN. #SADBUTHELLASOMEHOWTRUE!!!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Everything. A good start would be making sure that their employees felt like they mattered. Oh and higher ups should understand what ACCOUNTABILITY means and understand how they have none. You can't expect from others if you can't even expect it from yourself. #BIRDSOFAFEATHERFLOCKTOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because the higher ups talk down at you. I would be shocked if they weren't purposely trying to make their employees feel like they were nothing more than "Disposable Employees". You really have to try and try hard to make someone feel like they did me. And I felt like this since my first day hired!
