Lately not good, lack of leadership

I enjoy the work that I do, however as an employee I do not feel valued by the company. That is not to say my supervisor, but the actual leadership. No 401k match, high cost of benefits, limited personal time and sick time. Leadership also took workers from salary to hourly, despite growing.

Catapult Learning engages in deceitful business practices, which includes writing down false times that the students are in attendance for resource support (they receive more money if students attend a full hour program, even if they are not), along with uneducated managers who have issues with rage

Teachers are expendable in their eyes. Their teaching philosophy is geared around their financial gain and NOT the need of the student. They follow a canned curriculum that does not take into consideration the learning styles of the student. They don't treat teachers as professionals.
