we can all help each other
They are communicative about changes.

Need to understand the role of a teacher imterventionalist.
Listening to employee's concerns when they voice them.
Take employees life and health under consideration. No one should be on call 24 seven. Management higher up is terrible
Treat teachers as the professionals that they are. They need to remember that ultimately teachers are the ones who keep the program alive. If the students don't do well, the program would not survive. Teachers drive the program not the administration and should be compensated for our hard work.
Communication, courtesy, treat employees respectfully

As a teachers aide..the opportinity to receive a salary during the summer months while continuing to fo what i love was wonderful
Review from Operations Dept
Well theyre asking me to teach 25 minutes when the lessons are designed for 45 minutes.
I was purposefully kept in a part time status so they would not have to provide benefits. I am salaried and expected to do extra work at home even though my pay is an hourly scale and I am not provided enough hours during the week to complete my work. Part time work should always be non-exempt.
When upper elementary students do not understand the difference between a letter and a number, or the differences between consonant blends /ch/ and /sh/, the instructor should not be yelled at by a supervisor for providing students with this necessary instruction along with the regular ELA lesson.
No 401k match, high cost for benefits, and the decision to make workers hourly. Therefore we do not get paid for snow days or other times when the schools close, rather than paying employees fairly for the entire school year, as most education systems do.

I have been with the company for a long time and have much knowledge I am not permitted to utilize.

the teachers are great ....the managers are beastly and act like they are kings and we are peasants that should work for free
Caring and enthusiastic teachers who love the kids!
they are trust worthy and help a lot
Our team is a group of like-minded individuals, who definitely want to support the students in the best possible ways, using evidence-based best practices. Our team leaders are helpful and knowledgeable. Our team is well-trained and are energized for the work, and not burnt out.
Review from Operations Dept
More interaction with the other teachers should be provided beyond canned Zoom meetings that are a waste of time with silly gimmicks. My direct supervisor should be more concerned about completing her own work and not expecting others to do it for her and spend less time trying to be popular.
Some of my coworkers are older retirees who are not certified to teach special education subjects, and are careless with student documents and are disrespectful of students' personal learning time who interfered with their learning in order to serve their own best interests, and not the students.
We probably should develop a more positive attitude
Review from Operations Dept
i am trying to help kids, but the company just wants money and me to work free
The coworkers and the students.
The fact that no one is burnt out by this work. I have heard in other educational settings that teachers and counselors/social workers get burnt out by the students, leadership and general work. The coworkers and leadership I have interacted with are still energized and believe in this work.
Review from Operations Dept
Give teachers resect for their expertise. Do not treat them like they are a first year teacher because they are leaning their canned program that does not meet the needs of the students. Especially when the teacher has a Master's degree in curriculum and instruction!
Better Communication skills and Anger Management Training for Upper Staff, along with a culture of building up and professionally investing in staff, and hiring people who are qualified and certified to teach that subject area.
We need a director who is not passive aggressive and who is more polite to his employees.
Review from Operations Dept
i liked the manager but he quit after 3mos and they told no one
It was easy, quick and to the point.
My interview challenged me but also gave me congifence
Review from Operations Dept
It was easy and casual.

Interacting with the students and being supported by the school leadership and teachers. Interacting with great coworkers.
Review from Operations Dept
Have more realistic expectations for the teachers.
Lack of communication and materials.
Really look at and vet the programs that they are using to determine if they are what students who need intervention really need. Stop this silly business of finding something we ne to "grow in". This need to find something wrong to pick at in observations is NOT MOTIVATING, but rather demeaning.
Company changes have caused wages to be reduced and benefits lessened.
