I am certainly challenged because this is a startup environment and there is always more to learn/personal gaps to strive to improve. As stated before, I believe there is a big attitude problem and a lot of people are spreading toxicity to other employees.

I do like humor and think the leadership team does a good job of not taking themselves too seriously. I think that we spend money in the right places to invest in the tech stack to better the team

The level of maturity needs to be improved across the company. I have some coworkers with who I enjoy collaborating with and others who have a bad attitude and do not communicate professionally. Leadership from the top approves of this behavior which is disappointing.

I think that we need to hire better and have less tolerance for people who are unprofessional/negative. There are a lot of toxic employees that have a negative outlook toward the product and spoil the well for other people who are new or want to maintain a positive attitude.
