How would you compare interviewing at Designing Digitally to other places you've interviewed?
I would rate it higher than most. They have two rounds of interviews combined with the opportunity to complete a small independent project related to the position you are interviewing for. They evaluate these projects with other DDINC employees who didn't sit in on interviews and gives them a chance to weigh in on candidate talent.

It's good- even new hires begin to accrue time they can use almost immediately.
