What do you like best about the leadership team?
Real people that treat everyone like real people and not just numbers.
More often then not, they are willing to listen to everyone in the company and make adjustments to improve QOL in the office. They work to maintain a friendly atmosphere while keeping things professional and functional.
The desire to see all team members succeed.
The openness to listen to their team and value their input.
Responsive to changes needed to keep us competitive and doing great work.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vacation time and paid birthday off!
Lots of vacation time including getting your birthday off.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open, clean, comfortable, casual. Dogs are allowed.
Our office allows dogs, which are a joy to work and hang out with during work hours!
We all give 100% effort which creates positive relationships with our clients.
Open. Able to talk to others about whatever is on your mind.
We are invited to be open with our feelings, both good and bad.

Friendly and comfortable. Felt like a conversation rather than getting drilled with questions.

Is very thorough in finding the best candidate...
Meeting the people I would be working for, directly.
It was a very long time ago but it was very straight forward to be accepted as a contractor before being offered a full time position

I get what I put in. If I give maximum effort, there are endless opportunities for me.
The ability to help our clients AND our own team at the same time.
