Our facility is absolutely teeming with opportunity for growth and success, but the complete lack of direction and communication by our management team, as well as recognition of the employees that greatly benefit our facility is something I can no longer stand by.

Communication, attentiveness and acknowledgement of staff, maintenance/care for facility, solutions for crucial and time sensitive issues, appropriate compensation for major influx of duties, supervision of facility, etc.

My team is filled with incredibly kind and compassionate people who I look forward to working with on a personal level, but the issues I have with them revolve around work ethic.

I feel as if my continuous hard work and creative and intelligent contributions to this company have been tragically overlooked for nearly 2 years now and I have not received a raise, let alone my promised promotion wage for over a year now.

Our management team lacks direction and ability to find solutions to the growing frustration of all employees at our facility. Personally, I find it hard to come in to work knowing every day is filled with chaos, due to understaffing, staff who have poor work ethic, unsafe environment for pets, etc.
