I have not been with the management side of things for a long time but being with the dogs and working in the centet directly with them, I think more can be done to make things run smoother since we are nation wide company.

I feel as I was wanting to move up slowly, I was given the title of AGM but immediately after I was doing GM work for the pay of a AGM for 4 months at least. I believe I should have been given GM salary or something extra for the work I was doing with no training to being with.
