I enjoy working at my facility. However, constraints on managements ability to handle staff issues in a proper manner, leave us working with people who have no business being on our payroll. Also, some of the directions coming down for corporate do not fit well with our facility or with our clientle

I see definite improvement in communication between corporate and the dog facilities. It looks like we are moving toward having local marketing people, which will go a long way in having more appropriate marketing strategies per area. All one corporation, but we all run differently which is great

I have had plenty of opportunity to grow and advance. I started as a kennel tech and over the years have been promoted. I am now a general manager. I feel that the training for each position could be more in depth to ensure quality employees and confidence in the job.
