Status quo. Just another company with a big marquee but little action to employees (my personal experience, but I think other teams/departments have a better work/life, it really depends on the team). I wish management vision was consistent among the executive team; too many silos.

The executive team employs a very diverse staff, sometimes it would help to bring diverse perspectives into the executive meetings (read: your executive team needs more diversity).

When I asked to work from home, my manager said no and I subsequently had no other options to meet my family during a hard time. I would not recommend the company to anybody.

More diversity is needed to break the viscous cycle of nepotism and insular thinking when flex time is needs to is needed to take care of family. In recruiting, I was sold this was a family company, but I do not have this experience.
