We communicate well with each other and offer support when we need help. We too have a clear direction/goal to accomplish together. Lastly, we have fun too at times

You will not feel a gap between your manager and you. Everybody here is treated equally. You can even say hi to the Managing Director/C-Levels without feeling a huge hierarchy gap.

The best part about my team is when you are away, you don't have to worry about the continuous pile of work because your team will help, even though we are all from different regions. I will always look forward to the global monthly meeting to communicate with them.
