We need to promote collegiality more and award more people with it. Each team/department should celebrate it quarterly/yearly.

Better communication. Do not make changes to the role structure after the performance reviews/merit reviews have already been done. Very unfair!

the events that I can not attend due to the workload Summits/get-togethers were positive, but we rarely do it these days

We need to function as a team or a bee hive from the start. People are overworked and have too much workload to care about improving.

- Reduce the amount of the meetings/ some work can be done via emails - Invest in training your staff (especially all hires in ALL departments) - Update training docs/invest in a knowledge specialist for each department - Re-distribute the workload equally - Invest in new tools/software

First of all, leadership needs to be present. As a new hire, I was thrown into the abyss and had to pave my own plan. Please work on the knowledge base & process/workflow definitions >> provide adequate resources and training for all new hires. Work on spreading team's workload (overworked staff)
