Lots of great people and we are all working hard to try and achieve something but it's not always clear what that is. The exec could be a lot clearer and more concise on what our company vision or mission is, what the 5 year strategy looks like, how we are doing against that, and what is important.

Team spirit, we like working together, we work hard, we try and focus on our outcomes and doing the best in pressured situations often with very little resources.

Comp is low in comparison to market and to other tech companies. Benefits are ok but not the most competitive. Very little to go above and beyond what other tech companies are doing.

Culture is open and eager to try new things, learn from others and be inclusive of all employees and viewpoints which is great. Would like more effort to be shown on the environment and what we do to protect it.
