It started out fine but it has significantly decreased and I feel as if I can no longer work there some days. It’s one of the worst working environments I’ve ever experienced. The values that the store once had have now disappeared and you never know what your walking into when you show up

There are no raises given in the store location I work for. There is no incentive for anyone to work towards. It has begun to wear on employees who have been working for the company for multiple years. There are employees who just started and are making the same amount as long term employees.
