There's a lot of micromanaging within the company, but almost no follow up. Management at store level is terrible but faces no backlash for treatment of staff. Expectations are high while stores are understaffed and moving up in position is almost impossible. Full-time pay is good if you can get it.

I spoke directly to a co-manager and was called back within 3 days. I was told what the pay and expected hours were at the start of the interview. My questions were answered directly without beating around the bush.

Most of my coworkers were very nice people, and we worked well together and as a team. When we had issues with each other we were able to talk one on one without management and could solve our own issues together.

Treatment of employees is poor, if we're supposed to work as a team that should involve management. Scheduling is poor and stores are understaffed, management should take coverage into account when looking through applications, not just if the store has hours available.
