It's been a welcoming experience but the day to day is over capacity when trying to incorporate some form of balance. Technology is important to us however it seems to have a slow transition rate to getting it to those that need it is rather slow.

I think where we are in the logistics space is amazing, especially during a time where demand of supply chain services are so high. We have great examples of our core wins. The area of most opportunity for improvement is work life balance. I'm all Loup, all the time, and cannot disconnect.
