The overall experience has been amazing and I have always been excited to come to work. The work and daily routine are nice however the work hours tend to fluctuate alot. Until recent management changes this was one of the best places to work but unfortunately it only takes one person to ruin it.

Overall pretty good, the customer/contractor relationships are decent, there is a sense of lack of support for employees at the immediate managerial level, but the team supports eachother well.

The line workers all work together as a team and it's a joy working with them.

Life insurance benefits, it would be nice to be able to have options to carry over to retirement though.

I fear that my retirement benefits will not be there when I reach the retirement age as the retirement fund is already in the negative.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not put managers in positions that are detrimental to moral that don't care about their people. Have internal surveys about work quality so things can be fixed at a lower level.

Top leadership is great and are caring for their employees new flight chief however is bringing the work environment down and is not approachable with concerns of the job being accomplished IAW Tecnical orders and actually made statements about not paying attention to certain tasks within the T.O
