When I joined Rahi I was relieved and delighted to join an organisation that appeared to be apolitical in terms of its organisational culture. Unfortunately as we grow, I've found recently that the culture has become increasingly political.

The best part of my remuneration is my base salary. I feel it acknowledges the experience & education I've worked hard to achieve over the last 20+ years and the diverse nature of the region I manage and support.

The ease with which you can communicate openly and directly with each member of the leadership team and feel you are really being listened to. Your suggestions may not be implemented all the time but at least you have a forum in which to share them openly.
