She was Senior Vice President of Franchising at Rent-A-Center, Inc. until January 1, 2018 and served a its Chief Executive Officer and President of ColorTyme, Inc. since January 1, 2012. Ms. Skula served as Division Vice President at Rent-A-Center (NASDAQ: RCII) since 2009, the world's largest rent-to-own operator, of which Colortyme is an independent, wholly owned subsidiary. Ms. Skula's career with Rent-A-Center dates to 1994 when she accepted a position at a New Jersey store. She served as District Manager and Regional Director of Rent-A-Center, Inc. She earned a Bachelor's Degree from Dickinson College in Pennsylvania, she also spent a semester studied abroad at the Mendeleev University in Moscow, Russia.
