Bass Pro Shops: Bought a Bad Boy Buggy several years ago had to take it back every 3 years for new batteries now they will not service it I am left out in the cold with no Bad Boy Buggy and no way of putting batteries in. They offered no assistance at all

Sonic Drive-In: Teamwork, the leadership team at my store was sorely lacking in teamwork
Stop & Shop: Difficult schedule with no weekends off, company moving to eliminate extra pay for worked Sundays, culture is affirming and supportive, pay is fair, but senior leadership above store level is slow to adopt new strategies and technologies and rarely understand the ones they do. Better than average.

H&R Block: I had an appointment with Aaron at the Chouteau location. He disputed the validity of one of my forms. He was rude and would not listen or accept my reason for said paperwork. His concern was not appropriate for tax preparation. He refused to accept my paperwork, so I left. I won't be back.

Ulta Beauty: I am beyind aghast at the manager at the Ulta store in Orange California. Her treatment of both her workers as well as we the customers had to he the worst i have ever witnessed in my life. Not to mention I truly believe she was being discrimintory to one of her employees publicly!
Safeway: Only self serve check out available on Iowa & Colorado Blvd today. I asked for help and was told sorry, there was no checkers available. I dumped my groceries on a nearby counter and left. King Soopers was happy to give me customer service and take my money.
HCA Healthcare: Friendly and approachable. Always willing to support.

Menards: Reluctance and arrogance of managers
HCA Healthcare: Still need to improve staff vs patient ratio. Insurance, retirement is still low compare with other local top hospitals. Paying rate is getting better but still lower than the market which result in high turn over rate. However, the working enviroment is lovely and leadership is great.
Compass Group USA: Top-down respect, support, opportunities for promotions
Outback Steakhouse: Its great, managment is amazing, and coworkers are always ahiut teamwork

King Soopers: Fast-paced with occasional slow times. Lots of opportunities to grow as a person and to grow your knowledge of products and proper conduct. You never know exactly what's going to happen in the day but management makes sure you're prepared for almost anything.

Equitable: customer service - it is impossible to reach a live person or have an Equitable representative help in any way. They expect the customer to do everything, and they just draw a commission. I see zero value in working with this company.

Panda Express: If I am going to sit there and get yelled at by my manager for things that are beyond my control or for other people's actions, I need to be paid much higher than I am currently gettiny.
United Rentals: Cant think of anything positive honestly so not giving an answer
Fluor Corporation: Company has good written policies and procedures, but implementation at operating levels is not effective. Processes and procedures are often namesake, less effectively practiced.
Kroger: If i was paid correctly then i would feel like im paid ok. But im not so i feel like i should make more than i do sense i have to deal with this life altering inconvience and hassel.
State Farm Insurance: Leadership is wonderful at training us, supporting us, and helping us navigate the numerous issues that constantly arise since Michael Tipsord took over and started to ruin our reputation and company while lining his own pockets at both the employees' and the customers' expense.

Oracle: Adjust my pay for inflation instead of pushing back the review cycle by 6 months

GameStop: The manager needs to do her schedule better for assistant managers make too many hours and too many days to the point of exhaustion.
lululemon: I enjoy making guests happy and solving interesting problems as well as keeping the store organized.
ALDI USA: I'm not sure about this question. I love my co-workers. As far as having leadership above me goes.. no one has your own back they only have their own backs. They don't make sure you get proper traing before throwing you kn the floor and they choose promotions based off people liked, not when earned.

Aramark: We have continual issues with running out of rags in our shop and the box is always overflowing.

Kohler: Its been great. I love my job and im making more money than i ever have

American Honda Motor: The team of associates are amazing to work with, the line leads and staff are all pretty good as well. Management and supervisors are where the unit has a HUGE struggle, the lack of communication and the attitudes of the Management needs completly reworked and new systems worked out.
The GIANT Company: I enjoy working there. With that said,improvements could be made and there should be meetings with employees to voice concerns and ideas.

Williams-Sonoma: I work doing something in the store always keeping busy and take pride in my work and others stand around talking, on their phone. The compensation in relative to the product prices is completely off balance. They raise the prices and want you to work harder but no increase.
Lexus: Improve your emergency roadside assistance, when one does not have to wait for more than 7 hrs to get help with changing a tire, while in the USA.
Allstate: Most people were happy until recently. A few poor decisions in choosing senior leaders is creating a level of distrust.

Academy Sports & Outdoors: My store director is awesome. I have been at the same location since our grand opening.
Expeditors: Great benefits, fast pace, an amazing DM.

NBCUniversal: The current CEO has driven moral into the ground across the entire company and everyone chooses to ignore it. He is ancient, thinks people should be chained to an office, and represents everything the company should not be.
Trader Joe's: I am obsessed with this company and I can never leave:)

National Grid: An I a loyal customer of NGrid? I have no choice because NGrid owns the unreliable delivery system that brings our electricity, sometimes. The very regular power outages are unacceptable, very poor management and not at all customer facing.

Atos: while taking more responsbilities, increase is not matching, even worse while to an equivalent role position seeing new joinees being proposed with higher salary rate
McDonald's: The way the manager talk to the employees is uncalled for and is very disrespectful
T-Mobile: There has been an ongoing issue with our monthly bill ever since the merger of Sprint and Tmobile. We have had to contact the store every single month since August of 2022. I work for a major Telecommunications company and I can assure you that this problem would've been resolved by now!

Best Buy: First off you should be able to cash out your pto. You earned it. Second you should be able to use pto at anytime. Not this we choose for you. This lead to people calling in sick because they didnt get there pto.
