Apria Healthcare: The CPAP machine they sent me was defective and of very poor quality. I returned the machine in Jan. 2022. I still have not received a new machine and can't get anyone on the phone. No return calls. The machine was paid for and I have no machine. Need help.
NetCracker Technology: Management doesn't care about employees. Employees are yelled at, cursed at and abused. Greed seems to be behind every decision made

INTEGRITY: I love the company and my job. I am not particularly happy with the extremes with either too much work, or down time. I don't like that we often waste time with incorrect data and forced deadlines that don't make sense. Staying at work until 11pm to meet a deadline should be the exception.

Rackspace Technology: RXT Services, Products and customer support is very fragmented internally. Internal tools, processes, teams are almost completely disconnected from each-other. Company is not delivery what we promise to our customer in agreement.
Rackspace Technology: Racksapce is a place were I can express my self, deliver ideas and results, I havent have a leader to lean in, but it hasnt stopped me to do my best and do what i love.
RingCentral: I'm very thankful that RingCentral hired me during the pandemic. The benefits are awesome and it helped me and my family when it comes to financial constraints.
Rackspace Technology: My personal experience at Rackspace has been very good - I continue to learn every day, have had numerous opportunities to take on new roles and move up, and have worked with some of the best professionals in the business. Unfortunately, I worry my experience is more the exception than the norm.

Western Governors University: The culture is biased. If you're not part of the "in-crowd" you don't get recognized or rarely acknowledged. They have many "cultural beliefs" and leadership principles, but only recognize them if you are part of that crowd. Very discouraging.
