Being busy and not having to look for something to do. There is always something as we do a variety of tasks.
I love helping other offices try to solve something that isn't working right and some of these offices are out of state so you do deal with other cultures and accents. Love it!
They are accountable and get their tasks done and we aren't afraid to ask each other for help or if we have a question. Everyone has their own strengths in certain areas and we can learn from each other.
